Interesting News From the Blogosphere

I have just run across two interesting articles that are must reads for anyone interested in blogs. The first comes from Darren Rowse at Problogger. This weekend he allowed bloggers to give an “elevator pitch” of their blog on his website. It is definitely an interesting social experiment to check out. On his recent update post he listed the top ten most interesting blogs that he saw. What I thought was hilarious was that Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park left a comment. Did Darren even know who Linkin park was before that comment? hmmm…

I also ran across an old posting (old being in Jan 07′) of the top personal finance (PF) blogs online. Its interesting to see that the highest one was Get Rich Slowly @ 6643 subscribers. They now have 10x that amount. It is very intriguing to see such growth and I want to do a case study on the fastest growing blogs here soon.

For those of you just visiting please read my last post which was an interview with Yan over at Thou Shall Blog. If you are a blogger, he is well worth checking out.

Lastly, this is a blog about using the knowledge you already have to improve your life and the lives of those around you. Here are my current top three How To posts:

  1. How to find the best and most valued news on the internet…

  2. How to Overcome Our 3 Biggest Enemies in Life

  3. How To Know a Book is Worth Reading

Pretty neat news items. Did you “stumble” upon these? Some of my most popular posts have been based on things I’ve stumbled upon.

    Hope all is well.
