Once again I am sick and I know exactly why…
I’ve been getting only about 5-6 hours of sleep a night, and working a lot of hours at my job this week.
One word: Unhealthy!
I have to give in to the fact that I need 7-8 hours a night. Any less, especially for any length of time, just doesn’t cut it…
My final conclusion….
Yeah, I’ve been getting into a bad sleeping pattern myself lately, and I know I am just not doing my self any favors by doing that. Example… I will go to sleep at 5 am then wake up at 7:30 am and not go to sleep again until 1 am the next day… and yeah just all over the map, not good at all!!! 🙁

I was sick last week and it took a big toll on me. i was lucky enough that my coworkers pulled together and made me not work. Had they not made me rest i would have been sick much longer.
Sleep is not cheap but rest is the best!
I need about 7 hours myself. Any less and my eyelids become droopy and I become a crabby shell of my former self.
