Tim’s new book was just released this weekend…
I read his first book, The 4 Hour Work Week, and loved it.
Now Tim, after 3 years, has produced another book called The 4 Hour Body…
In his book he talks about how he practiced all kinds of health/weight loss/muscle gain ideas on his own body and it makes for some fascinating reading…
One interesting thing to me was how he did some stuff to help his old nagging injuries to disappear. Having a shoulder injury myself I am excited to read about this.
Check it out in bookstores today and let me know what you think.

I really liked the 4 hour work week although I don’t think I could ever be that brutal with my time.
Tim does a great job with his books, though. He was one smart cookie!

I would like to check Tim’s new book, sounds like it could be full of interesting and useful information. I will definitely come back and let you know what I think once I have read it.
Yeah I think this book will be really interesting. I think it will be well recieved by a wide audience too as the chapters look really diverse. If his first book The 4-Hour Work Week is anything to go by this book should be actionable and worth the money! No doubt the reviews will be flying in soon if it is released in Decemeber. You might want to read some on 4 Hour Body Review
4 hour body eh? Can I get rock-hard-tasy abs in four hours? If so, count me in!
