If you're looking for shallow quick fixes, you'll need to look elsewhere. This means having the maturity to take 100% responsibility for your health, your career, your finances, your relationships, your emotions, your habits, and your spiritual beliefs. It requires taking a hard look at yourself, consciously deciding what kind of person you truly are on the inside, and then getting your actions to be congruent with your true self. The goal is to help you achieve outstanding effectiveness while maintaining internal balance, where your thoughts, feelings, actions, and skills are all working together to create the life you truly desire.

Jeremy,

I have never joined a blog carnival and am also not entirely sure how they work, but I will definitely submit a post. Good luck with this, I hope it works out!

I have to admit that I joined one blog carnival this year, but really didn't understand the concept of it all. I'm not even sure it worked, as I didn't notice any increase in visits on the day the carnival launched (just thought about how weird a concept that sounds like). Still, I hope yours is a success.

Hi Stuart,

First I want to say thanks for stopping by. I appreciate every reader that comes by. Second, I have a few things to say about dofollow. One, dofollow only pertains to search engines (and mostly google at that). Other readers can still click your link to get to your website from a comment. Its a personal decision, but I think dofollow hurts more than it helps. Its not really a great reward. One link from a comment isn't going to boost you site much at all if anything.
I still reward my top commentators because that link is a do follow. And it is sitewide. So Google will pay it more attention than a comment link anyway. Individual pages or posts normally don't have pagerank to give. Its just the front page that normally has pagerank and that doesn't have any comments on it anyhow.
Still the best link you can have is in actual content. Readers love it, google loves it. You will get a lot more bang for your buck when your link is referenced in content. Readers will go to it for more in depth information. And google will use that to list you for keywords. That is what will make you rank higher for certain keywords. Not commenting.
Hope this helps clear up any misunderstanding. Please feel free to ask me any more questions.

Cheers,
Jeremy
